Intro to Composition Workshop Series
Our year with 2015 artist-in-residence pianist Tanya Gabrielian concluded with back-to-back afternoons at HTC Elementary with educator and pianist Greg DeTurck. The pair of pianists introduced students from grades 1-6 to the 'building blocks' of music composition in individual classroom visits followed by a school-wide assembly.
