An Afternoon of Great Piano Trios! The Piano Trio is a form of chamber music that celebrates the individual—three musicians come together to create something deeply meaningful, while still exuding their personal virtuosity. 23Arts brings together three highly respected and versatile artists to present two delightful works in the genre: Haydn’s quirky, lovely and late E Major Trio, and one of the most beloved chamber pieces of all, Brahms’ glowingly lyrical B Major Trio.
Jonathan Yates, pianist, is the Musical Director of the eminent chamber music festival Music Mountain, as well as Conductor of the Norwalk Symphony and the Norwalk Youth Symphony.
